Workshop Deep Relax (Thalwil, Switzerland)


A Friday evening workshop to make more space in your body and mind and sink away in your yogamat and relax. A nice way to switch from your week into the weekend. You will be guided into deep relaxation with Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of yoga. In Yin Yoga the poses are held for a longer period of time (up to several minutes) to target the connective tissues. The poses are held with the muscles fully relaxed, allowing time and gravity to deepen the stretch.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. The body is completely relaxed and the awareness is turned inward by listening to a guided meditation. Yoga Nidra results in deep relaxation and expands your self-awareness.

At the end of the workshop you can enjoy a nice cup of tea and a healthy snack.

Cost: 45 CHF and 80 CHF if you register for 2 people
