Location All classes will take place in the yoga studio (inside) or on the yoga platform (outside) at: Golden Web Retreat, Sitio da Alfandanga, Murtais, Moncarapacho (on the N125).

Cost €10,- per class, to be paid in cash.

Registration Because of a limited number of participants, registration is necessary for each yoga class. Please register by sending a message to mail@ingriddaemen.com.

Special remarks in times of COVID-19 We kindly request you to bring your OWN yogamat, large towel, water and/or yogaprops. Should you not have a yogamat available, please mention this upon registration.

Event Together we will enjoy a standing and moving meditation of Karunesh (guided by Ingrid). After this we will sit down and enjoy a healthy lunch prepared by Anna.
