What is Mind-Walk®?
Mindful walking techniques in nature combined with exercises from Yoga, Mindfulness , Meditation,Tai Chi & Breathing.
A beautiful alternation between movement & stillness. A unique way of walking that contributes to your balance & vitality.
No walking experience needed. During Mind-Walk® we do not walk long distances.

Where: Ria Formosa Natural Park (surrounding Fuzeta)
