relaxing massage with oil (60 or 75 minutes)  

A soft, but profound, massage for your body and mind to fully relax. With carefully chosen techniques and touches all tension that has been built up can release your body and your mind will fully relax. After applying a natural oil, different massage techniques will be carried out to make sure that you will feel fully relaxed, rebalanced and revitalised.

reiki massage (60 minutes)  

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It is done by "laying on hands" and feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. It is a healing technique and supports the self-healing capacities of the body. 

shiatsu massage (60 minutes)  

Shiatsu is a Japanese massage technique where pressure is applied especially through the thumbs, fingers and/or hands. It stimulates the body's self-healing capacity, working on physical, mental and emotional balance. 

private yin yoga (60 or 75 minutes)  

Private yin is a fully tailor-made individual yoga session in which you will make contact with your body, mind, emotions and energy. You will be guided through various yin yoga poses that are intuitively selected for you, if applicable based on a question or issue you might have. 

intuitive session (60 or 75 minutes)  

In this special intuitive session your body, mind, heart & soul will be balanced and aligned through an extraordinary combination of Eastern and Western techniques. The session starts with a short intake to get more clarity on any physical, emotional, mental or energetical obstacles you might have. This talk is followed by a treatment in which you will receive the combination of healing that is intuitively chosen and suitable for you at the given moment.
